Opera Mail shows an orange triangle next to an account. How do I find out what the problem is?

Is it an IMAP account? That's the only kind I've seen it with before ...
Did the account work properly before? In my case, it was caused by a temporary server error, and it came back on its own a few hours later. If it doesn't, then check that the configuration is correct (sometimes an "Auto" setting will change itself if there was a temporary error). If none of that helps, you'll have to log the connection to see what the error is.

You can turn on logging for the account. But, I'd also retype the username and password on the "Servers" tab in the account's properties. Also, make sure the TLS and port setting are correct.
