How to enter into opera:config? In latest beta (v33) this command doesn't work.

Worked in earlier versions of app not only for (http://meandroidforums.com/threads/tips-opera-mobile-customizations.404999/)

It doesn't exist anymore (Opera 12 "Classic" was discontinued), all the available options are in the Settings page.

I think it ain't working since Opera21, anyway that was config for opera mini server side.

That makes sense too, since Turbo also doesn't use the old engine anymore.

Opera Mobile is somehow less of a browser since access to the "power user" options through opera:config was lost.
It highlights how in someways the latest version of Opera Mobile may be newer but not necessarily better than the classic versions that came before it.
Sadly, dumbed down seems to be the direction Opera has taken all it's products these days

Setting the user agent string for one so every website doesn't think you are mindless bot. Oh wait it's so Opera can be it's awesome self and you don't have to look at squashed pages with graphics overlapping or covered up links etc. Them you can actually allow the browser to do it's job.
