Bookmarks manager and option to save bookmarks with CTRL + D gone on Opera 32.0.1948.46

Hello again friends,
So, yesterday I had a issue with my PC that forced me to completely wipe me HDD and install windows again, after I finished everything I went to opera's site and downloaded the last version (32.0.1948.46), installed and loged in with my account to sync my favs, which worked fine, I got all my passwords, favourites on bookmark bars and etc, BUT the option to save new bookmarks (either by clicking the little heart on the adress bar or pressing ctrl + d) simply dissapeared, also the option on the drop down menu is also gone, so I can't save or open bookmarks anymore, only the ones on my bookmarks bar.
Here is a screenshot to show what I mean:

http://i.imgur.com/2179kfK.pngAs you can see, I don't have any options to open my bookmarks on the left menu nor the bookmark option that was supposed to be at the right end of the adress bar, even the shortcut doesn't work.
How can I fix that?
Thanks in advance,
Felipe. -

Huh. I'm using Opera 32.0.1948.44. Maybe you accidentally got some weird version that still in testing? Its been known to happen. Try downloading it again directly from the website, uninstall the current version and install the freshly downloaded one.

I installed .25 now using the offline instaler instead of the online one and it's all normal now.
That was a really weird error lol
