Anti-virus software failed while scanning Opera_NI_stable.exe

i tried to download latest opera from site and the installer is constantly showing up a worm attached by the Anti virus resulting to removal of installer before saving it.
on the worst part, the offline setup i downloaded then is also found corrupt.
