Can't transfer history/session/bookmarks

Hello.

I'm using Opera 27 on Windows 7.
I had to reinstall my OS and made a backup copy of C:\Users\XXX\AppData\Roaming\Opera Software\Opera Stable folder.

The problem is: After reinstallation of Windows 7 & Opera 27 I couldn't recover anything even though I copied back that folder.

Can I recover my browsing data? And (if it's possible) how?

I'm also using OpenSUSE 13.1 and I'd like to know how can I transfer my browsing info to the Opera 27 on Linux.

Sorry, I mixed up Roaming and Local folders contents.

why not create an account and synchronize all?
