Mouse cursor while watching flash or html5 videos

I have a problem with opera 31 on windows 10.
When I watch videos on youtube or twitch mouse cursor don't disappear like it did on previous version.
I don't know is it Opera problem or Windows 10 problem.
Does someone else have a same problem and how to solve it?

Thanks for answer.
Have one more problem, when I pin opera to taskbar and when I open it opens in separate tab on taskbar not on the pinned one. This also started to happen with opera 31.
Is it also known issue?
