Kiosk Mode Switches?

The help page for the kiosk mode switches redirects to the main help page.. again.
There is no contact to inform of this break.

Does anyone have an up to date copy of these switches?
Could someone inform the webmaster of this issue?

Most information regarding Presto (Opera versions before 15) has been removed from the website, so you won't get much help there I'm afraid ...

What was the nature of your question? I might be able to find something, but no guarantees.

I want to have the switches for kiosk mode. Thats pretty much it. I have kiosks that are in no way secure with Chrome or IE, and last I looked Opera did everything I needed.
