When I go to help in opera, it does not list 30.0 version... just 12.0 as the last option?

If you are checking the help page "keyboard shortcut F1" from opera 12 then you only get information related to opera 12. Presuming that you also have opera 30 installed, its' help page will only deal with version 30. Both operas are separate installs.
