Has anyone noticed that Ctrl + Wheel does not zoom anymore ?

Works fine here. Maybe try resetting your shortcuts in Opera settings?

Opera 30 cannot configure mouse shortcuts so that can't be.. Thanks for letting me know it worked on your machine.

It works here too, both with pdfs and common pages.
