Opera does not sync with my previous computer

I reinstalled my Windows and I can't get Opera to sync with the previous one. What should I do? Is this automatically synced or I have to do something?

PS. I used the same account on the previous Opera but nothing is happening now...

Which version of Opera in old and new installations?

Are you looking at the right places? OMenu > Bookmarks for bookmarks, OMenu > Bookmarks > Other Speed Dials for Speed Dial and so on?
