After updating Opera it seams that older versions remain on the computer.
The installed programs list shows multiple versions and in the programs folder are also multiple versions.
Is it possible to cleanup and if so how? -

It is possible, but it's been said that those won't interact much or interfere with each other, being installations of essentially different browsers; so if you don't have any trouble with available disk space or something, you might consider leaving it alone for the time being. Imagine you might need it for something in distant future - even possibly to show up*:)*

Use the standard uninstaller that comes with Windows; Add or Remove Programs. The name may be slightly different depending on the version of Windows you are running though. Thats what its called in Windows 8.1.
