In CN verson a website "www.hao123.com" opens automatically.That makes me feel disgusting.And I don't know how to stop that.

Opera 31 is the Developer build, its bound to have problems. Try it with the latest stable build and see if it does it.

What happens if you remove default_partner_content.json from opera_install_folder/Folder_with_build_number/resources?
