Hello!

1. As my new version of Opera to return the "Password Manager", which was near the targeted Stork (Opera 12)?
2. Why it was removed in the new version and where did my logins / passwords when switching to a new version?

You can find the password manager inside the Settings page. If you enabled it and used the import function it should have the passwords from Opera 12 in it.

Return a password manager, as he was in the Opera 12?
When you press a key, a window opens with a selection of the login (if multiple logins) and then going on AutoComplete.
In Opera 15 and above are automatically used by the substitution of the last login and password immediately upon entering the page.
It is somehow not safe turns. Choose a different login is also impossible. You must manually enter and only then you will be prompted.

Choose a different login is also impossible.

Just click on the login field and start typing the other login or use the down arrow key. It should work.
