Where i can download original Opera browser? I am from Ukraine, I downloaded Opera browser but at the same time in Opera browser offering me other russian products there. Why?

What do you mean by "offering you other products "

If you are talking about the speed dials, you can just delete them.

I mean the russian news, russian search service (engine) and other russian products. Ukraine it is no Russia. why does Opera conduct propaganda of russian? Just i want only original Opera as browser

The offers and default bookmarks/searches you get is based on the version of the browser you download. If you downloaded the English version, for example, you might get many websites based in and around the USA even though you might be in the UK, Australia or even South Africa. Because the Ukraine is geographically close to Russia many Russian sponsors have had their content placed in the browser. Its not a propaganda thing, its just business. You may simply remove them or download a different version and change the default language in settings (Alt+P).
