Hi,
is there some list of features that is confirmed by developers that will be added to new versions of opera? I mean someting like constantly updated list or something. Does something like that exist?

Nope, Opera usually doesn't disclose such information.

Just read the change logs for Opera 29 and Opera 30. They have all the changes that are coming to Opera stable in the next few months.
