I'm learning a bit more about Opera's Internal pages. I can see the list of cache used with opera://view-http-cache/, but when I select any item the JavaScript, images, etc. is all somewhat encrypted.
Is there a way to view cached images as images?

I used to use a similar service from nirsoft, but for Opera. The one used for Opera has not been updated and I do not expect it will be brought back up to date since it has not been kept up to date for something like three years now.
It seems like it would theoretically be possible to use Chrome Cache Viewer on Opera since it has the same engine, but I don't see how. The program automatically looks for the Google Chrome browser cache.
Most likely Opera will make its cache more user friendly in the future.

I took another look and it does indeed work. F9 will pull up an option to change the directory to opera's. In fact there is an Opera button that specifically changes it to the Opera directory.
Very nice. Thanks for the tip
As another thought. The extension Imagus for Opera might possibly be modified by adding a "sieve" that will work with opera://view-http-cache/ but for now Chrome Cache Viewer from nirsoft.net works just fine. I very much suspect this is something that Opera will develop further in the future.
