Which version of Opera are you using? I'm using the Development release (version 29) and I don't have any programs like that.

I'm using Opera 27 and, as the only way I've to open old .mht files, Opera 12

Opera 12 (64-bit) used a plug-in wrapper as a way for a 64-bit program to access 32-bit plug-ins; that's the only wrapper that comes to mind.

its kind of plugin that process is started whenever a plugin needs to be loaded to display web contents. The process is closed automatically when the plugin is no longer needed. ☕
