You're going to have to explain what a 'drop down button for the websites' is.

the address menu bar in the opera 12 there was a star, near the star is a down arrow,
when you click that arrow it drops down with other sites that i have stored. now in the new opera 27
there is not that arrow, anybody knows how to get it back?
          thanks

so the new opera 27 does not have the address dropdown button, so where do you go for stored websites?

You type. Or you can use history too.
