Make tabs stretch all the way to the top of the window when maximized

Is there any way to make the tab height go all the way to the edge of the screen when maximized? I have developed a habit from Chrome of just jamming my mouse all the way up when clicking a tab, perhaps out of laziness. I want to use Opera again (it's been a while), but this is driving me crazy. I click the title bar instead of the tab I want 95% of the time.

OMenu > Settings > Enable Advanced Settings if the case > "Disable tab bar's top spacing when browser window is maximised"
