What synchronize use for????

click to synchronize -> login with opera account -> and what?
I lost all my damn bookmarks, speed deal cause I think it like chrome (synchronize any things to clouds). Whats synchronize mean? It is English word or American Indian word?

Currently, Synchronize only works with Bookmarks.

^ I see trash folder from my opera 12 years ago, but bookmarks from opera next gone nowhere
