Opera 19.0.1326.39 Printing in foreign language?

Not sure what build of version 19 this started happening, but I started printing pages and it appears to print weird characters or some type of foreign language. Printing these pages in any other browser and it prints correctly.

(My computer uses Opera 12 since it actually has features, bookmarks, ad block option, mask network option, config options, and isnt complete and utter garbage like newer versions. So very disappointed.)

Honestly, I see very few foreign characters in that PDF. I see incorrect characters with really weird spacing - to the point where I can only see about half or 1/3 of the width of a lot of the characters ... but they mostly all look like standard "Western European" characters.
Of course, Opera 19 is an unstable build (Opera Next), but as Pesala can reproduce in the current stable version we'll leave the post in this forum.
