Opera 25 stuck on loading

Same problem here. Notebook running Windows 8.1. Opera 23 & 24 seem to work so there must be something broken by the update.
--no-sandbox works but as the previous poster said, THIS IS NOT AN ACCEPTABLE OPTION!

For me the problem was introduced with a specific version of development builds. After downgrading there were no problems.
--no-sandbox neither is a solution for me, at least not for a stable version.
I'm afraid this is a problem only Google can solve as Opera is mainly based on Chromium / Chrome, as well as the sandbox feature - when you google for 'chrome blank pages' it seems that this in not an uncommon bug.
I'm still mainly using Opera 12.17 (Mainly using integrated RSS reader keyboard control and sidebar with bookmarks) but in the future the problems with some sites will raise - Firefox does a good job with bookmars but there is no acceptable RSS reader for Firefox.

I got the same problem. But the "--no-sandbox" option fixed it.
IS THIS BUG REPORTED TO THE OPERA BUG TRACKER? Anybody a link to the ticket system???

Opera's bug tracking system isn't publicly available I'm afraid.

I am asking, because I use opera with the no-sandbox parameter and I do not know when I can switch it off again. The version I use at the moment is: 25.0.1614.50
So nobody knows exactly when the bug will be fixed? (...BULLSH*T!)

Using -no-sandbox worked for me!!
I was experiencing this slow loading page issue (even About Opera page, 6-7 sec) since last v25 patch arrived.
I was about to uninstall Opera 25 after all these years! Even this page was loading loading in 9-10 sec. (in first opening of any page)
Now I used -no-sandbox on the link and now It's fast again.
I don't think it's an ideal solution. So, note it. -

Check http://blogs.opera.com/desktop/ for new builds and its changelogs to see if there is something regarding this.
I don't think so as this problem seems to be kinda hard to reproduce.

I don't think so as this problem seems to be kinda hard to reproduce.Make an offer for my laptop and/or PC. Both have been reproducing this for months.

Still not working in 28.0.1750.51 or the latest beta 29... Amazing that there seems to be no effort to fix this...
