Opera turns Nokia Blue

I have been using Opera for a couple of decades. On my desktop I am using version 25. I miss a lot of things from the presto version but it is nice to have compatibility, and I am hopping version 12 things will come back over time. I am also hoping that users are never forced to use "the new start page" / speedial" which I can understand using on a phone but limits speedials usefulness on a desktop.
I recently decided to install Opera to an older Thinkpad X41 Tablet running Windows 7 Ultimate. After installing I was surprised to discover that the frame around Opera looks very much like Nokia blue which I find annoying to the point of un-installing Opera in favor of Firefox. I find Nokia Blue to be an ironic color choice for Opera in as much as Opera has yet to come up with an acceptable version of Opera for Nokia Windows Phones.
Why the blue? Why did it appear only on my laptop install of Opera? Is there a way to remove it and go back to the default color?

Tablet or laptop?
Technically, the X41 is a "tablet notebook" computer, ~2005 vintage. Specs here: http://www.cnet.com/products/thinkpad-x41/specs/
