There are four main versions of Opera for desktops, all with latest versions. Opera (Presto) 12.17, Opera 24 (Blink, Stable), Opera 25 (Blink, Beta) and Opera 26 (Blink, Development build).

Why wouldn't that be newest?
Because not everyone around here is using the newest version. Some are still using an old version of Opera Presto, like Opera 11.xx or even Opera 10.xx.
And since the answer may be different depending on the version, we need to ask when people don't tell in advance.

Unless something where added to 25 or 26, its just 24 with more stuff. So yeah, when I go on twitch, and click the popup button, why does it spawn a new window, and how do I prevent that?
