How do I save my bookmarks ? I want to reinstall Opera.

If Opera Presto (Opera 12.17 and older): save the bookmarks.adr file or use the export tool.

If Opera Blink (Opera 15+): save the bookmarks . files on Opera's profile folder.

If you mean import to Opera 12.xx then the answer is yes.
