flash player doesn't auto load after upgrading to opera next 24

title says it all. i have to click on the window to turn flash player on. even on the adobe website! and,yes, i've got the correct version of flash for opera next (32 bit) and it's the latest version and plug-ins are set to run automatically in opera next.
o/s is win7 home premium sp1, 64 bit.
so, how do i fix this?? thanks!
