Ok my computer is fine but my moms computer has opera and everything is zoomed on it even though the zoom is at 100 the screen and the border is zoomed. now idk why its doing that but i hope it gets fixed

The same issue I have right now on windows 8.1. I used my laptop with touchpad for awhile and suddenly the search bar is zoomed in and touch keyboard icon shows in windows task bar.

Clean reinstalling doesn't help.
