      If you want to use Windows with better accessability, you can globally increase textsize and userinterface up to 125 or 150% in Settings of Display for all applications.

      But Opera 23 ignores this.
      It displays all UI in 100%.

      I reported this as Bug DNA-25689.

      Can you confirm this?

        Opera 24 seems to have better hidpi support.

          This is not a Hidpi issue. This occurs on a standard 96dpi TFT on windows.

          Opera 23 ignores accessibility settings.

            Yes it is. Leo is right about this.
            This kind of zoom-setting-awareness is what was introduced in 24 known as "HiDPI"-support.

              Is it possible to change Zoom settings to anything between 125% and 150% ?

                Yes, that's possible in Windows 8 and 8.1: You need to check "Let me choose one scaling level for all my displays" first, then click "Custom sizing options" and enter whatever percentage you want into the textbox.

                @angiesdom: I closed your bug, too. (It doesn't matter anymore anyway as 24 is stable now)

                  Ah, that was meant by leocg. Sorry, i misunderstood HiDpi as related to HiRes displays/devices.

                  @leocg Thanks for the hint.

                    Btw, Opera Stable 24 was released a few hours ago and this is one of the highlights.
