Where does Opera 20+ store the speeddial folders?

When setting up a new computer it would save tons of work if I could just transfer some files instead of entering and creating everything from scratch.

          You mean for the speeddial:
          favorites.db
          favorites.db-journal

          Thanks!

Then I guess the passwords are stored in:
          Login Data
          Login Data-journal

Can these also just be transfered to another computer or are they then lost/inaccessible due to some GUI specific encryption?

Yes. However you should notice that passwords are encrypted based on your OS login and can't be used on a different computer and/or OS install.
