sync passwords after upgrade from opera 12?

Does anybody know, how to sync the passwords of opera 23 with the old opera 12 passwords?

There is no such option yet as Sync is still in development for Opera Blink. For now you can use an extension like LastPass or any similar one.

Opera 23 can import passwords from Opera 12.

Start DOS box
and enter

"%ProgramFiles(x86)%\Opera\laucher.exe" --presto-master-password=MYOPERA12MASTERPASSWORD --presto-small-prefs-dir="%APPDATA%\Opera\Opera"

and Opera 23 will import the passwords.
