Please HELP! Every time I open ANY page, i get thousand of ADS on that page. Is there an option to disable those TERRIBLE ads? Opera is very good but ADS ARE GOING TO MAKE ME EXPLODE. Thank you.

If you are using the current version of Opera, you will need to get an ad-blocking extension.
