Speed Dial Button Gone

I opened Opera today, and found that the button to add pages to my Speed Dial is not there. The one for the Stash is, but it looks slightly different, and the one to add things to the Start/Speed Dial page is gone. I don't know if this was some update, or maybe I'm just dumb and missing something, but it's quite confusing.

It took me a bit to find what had happened to the Add To Speed Dial button. If you click on the heart that looks like the Add To Stash button, you get a drop down menu and you can choose Speed Dial from that.
Not sure what the point of the change is, it seems like change for change sake to me.
