"Not Starred"? hm?
Why was the star itself considered - what? Inappropriate? Uninformative?
I'd better off with just a ☆. -

What do the "Announce" and "Close" boxes mean? (They're right above the editing area while I'm creating this.)
Is the only difference in the looks or were new details added?
For users: how do you like and what do you think about it?"Announce" and "Close" was shown to normal users due to a bug. These options have been removed now.
There are a few features added. We'll most likely give you the details in a separate thread later, when we've received some more feedback and fixed some bugs.
Please report any bugs you may find

This is a fairly major update with a few new features. Please report any bugs you may find
Hi, thank for update. Few glitches:
- When I open my profile, there are not notifications about posts like it was before. But maybe it's goal.
- I don't see now, if member is Op when I open his profile. Maybe this should be just near avatar in posts. Some sign.
- Threads in comments would be nice to have.
- Clicking **Not stared / Stared ** is giving error 401. As mentioned by joshl, simple star symbol is easier to understand, and take less space.
- Auto-size of edit box sometimes make it too small to show whole characters. Basically in new comment after start of typing it's shortened too much.
- After edit of my post, I get error message. Still comment is sometimes here. (2nd attempt )

Sort should be ascending and descending.
-
In overview can be also number of Views.
-
When I change pages, count of Replies and Views is not correct = reset. Looks like it counts only what is on current page, not all comments.

The edit/flag and quote icons look very small and faint on my display (Opera 12.17).
They also look a bit vertically compressed to my eyes, as do the thumbs up/down icons.
You still have to refresh the page before you can edit too!

Two impressions:
Uh I don't like this gray boxes / gray everything look... The previous visual was much cleaner.
The woman model photo at the login page seems a bit exaggerated.

Things seem easier to read for me now. Wasn't really bad for me before though.
As for all the gray, I have to use the forums for a bit to see if I like it or not.

Hmm. When I attempt to edit an existing message and post it, I get a gray-bordered white box that simply says "Error". Closing that box causes me to be dumped back onto the parent index page. - edited to add: Now the dump-out only takes me back to the top of the current thread. Curious. - Further edit: but at least it's now taking the edits, even with the error box first appearing... before, it wasn't.

That was over on the Opera Windows forum a while ago (except for the edits above, which were here). On this forum, in typing this message, the initial "Write comment" box seems to cut off the lower half of the first text line being typed. As the box fills and wraps to the next typed line, the scrolling text at the top eventually gets cut off at its top. Apparently this has something to do with the border formatting for the box, with a "dead" white band being located within the box outline itself. I didn't notice it over on the Windows forum, probably because I usually compose my posts in Notepad and copy them into the Write-comment box... in that case, the text was lengthy, so I wouldn't have observed the truncated text of a single line typed into the box. The problem is quite annoying when trying to either read what you've written in that first line or detect spelling errors - the red underlining is completely cut off until more text is added to scroll the line. (This was using Firefox 29).

I second the statement.
By myself: you could change the [latests] threads' titles' fonts to something bolder. -

When I click the timestamp of one of my posts then proceed to press the button to edit it the menu with edit, delete, flag, appears off-screen.
http://imgur.com/hJxGaod (Note: this is not my computer running XP! aah!)Up/Down vote is not working.
Same here. When I select the thumbs icon link and choose to open it in a new tab the bug is explained: I don't have permission to vote. :sadpanda: -

Up and down vote icons are squished on Opera 12.16 and Opera Mobile Classic....and in fact it seems that these forums are now too heavy for my Android phone

They look o'k in my Chrome.
I'm not gonna use them anyway. -

I see someone voted successfully in this thread - I'll have to presume it was an Opera employee, as it doesn't work for mods either.
My Opera had Announcements (accessible to mods and staff only) which didn't allow comments, I have seen announcements by staff here - which do allow comments - so I'll presume that Announce here is equivalent to Sticky in the old Community.
As for up/down ... what it ought to be used for is to indicate which replies in a thread were most/least helpful (in my mind anyway) ... obviously Andreas will give his suggestions when he posts the full details, but even then I'm sure some people will use them as they see fit.

11) In overview count of Replies and New is not correct. As of new engine Replies is 1 less like was before. Not counting original post. It's ligical. But now in overview i see for example: 1 Replies but 2 New which is kind of not correct. Should use same numbering like in post itself. It's confusing this way, even if somehow it's also correct.

I can confirm Blackbird's observation: "in typing this message, the initial "Write comment" box seems to cut off the lower half of the first text line being typed. As the box fills and wraps to the next typed line, the scrolling text at the top eventually gets cut off at its top. Apparently this has something to do with the border formatting for the box, with a "dead" white band being located within the box outline itself." This is most annoying.
