Every time I try to click the facebook link on the speed dial or type it in the address bar, it will say Facebook, but it will load for a really long time and nothing comes up. It's just a blank page.

I just deleted the cookies for Facebook and it's still not showing up.

Did you clear/remove/delete both sets of cookies as mentioned in my comment above ?.

Does the page loads on other browsers? Have you enabled/disabled any flags? Do you use any extension? You can access the mobile page (https://m.facebook.com)?

It loads on Firefox just fine. I only have adblock plus as an extension and yes I can access the mobile page. It's kind of inconsistent. If I try to access it some times it loads but most of the time it doesn't.

have you tried accessing it in a private tab?
do you have any extensions installed?

Wild guesses:
(1) turn off the Off-road mode,
(2) delete the FB speed dial and re-create it as https://facebook.com
(3) if you turn third-party cookie blocking on, ensure FB cookies are explicitly allowed (facebook.com, www.facebook.com; don't forget about https).
