Nothing special. And that's never going to go away unless you manually download and install another version.
You probably downloaded Opera via an ad campaign. -

I reinstalled Opera with an installer from Opera's own website a few weeks ago, and the installer included "Edition Campaign 38." I am curious as to what this is, and whether or not it will remove itself.

I just learned that updating won't remove it either. Only uninstalling Opera and reinstalling it again will.
But you can safely ignore it. There's nothing bad about it.
There's no difference to a normal install except for- this string
- maybe another default search engine
- maybe a preinstalled extension

It is still there for me in the latest version. In the profile folder which is usually:
C:\Users%USERNAME%\AppData\Roaming\Opera Software\Opera Stable
delete the file:
tracking_user_agent.json
This trick I found by its contents.В папке профиля, которая обычно:
C:\Users%USERNAME%\AppData\Roaming\Opera Software\Opera Stable
удалите файл:
tracking_user_agent.json
Этот трюк я понял по его содержимому.
