How to control what appears on a new tab screen

When I press "+" for a new tab, I'd like the screen to show my entire speed dial array. Right now, a new tab shows a blank screen.

@markjurik Whatever you have on your start page/speed dial is what you will see on a new tab. There's no setting to control it.
