So the main problem here is related to animated wallpapers for mods. I've been conducting some testing, and whenever I enable live wallpapers like the ones on the main page and then click to a new tab, my monitor flickers several times, then after shows the Opera main page. However, the aftermath is annoying, as Opera tabs are now instantaneous, meaning it appears fast as I click a new tab and close a new tab; they do not appear smooth in general, as appeared in the normal configuration. The only solution I've found is to either disable wallpapers in general or use Opera's primary static wallpapers provided.

Yeah, that sounds more like a GPU/hardware acceleration problem than an actual monitor problem. Since you’ve already narrowed it down to the animated wallpapers, I’d try turning off hardware acceleration in Opera GX:
Settings → System → turn off “Use graphics acceleration when available”, then restart Opera.
If the flickering goes away, you’ve probably found the culprit. I’d also update your graphics driver, since the animated wallpapers are putting more load on the GPU.
If static wallpapers work normally, I’d just leave the animated ones off for now rather than chasing a problem that only shows up with them.

Appreciate the response, but unfortunately I've already tried turning off graphics acceleration, and the results were unfavorable. It did solve the screen flicker, but it does not solve the "instant" feeling. Also, redownloaded my GPU drivers for NVIDIA, but to no avail; the same problem occurs. I might just stick to static wallpapers for now. Who knows how this problem began in the first place. I genuinely had no issues throughout the years of using animated wallpapers for years.

The fact that animated wallpapers trigger the flickering, while static wallpapers work normally, makes this look like an Opera GX wallpaper/UI rendering bug rather than a bad NVIDIA driver. I’d include your Opera GX version, Windows version, GPU, the name of the animated wallpaper/mod, and a short screen recording showing the flicker and the weird tab behavior afterward. Opera has a dedicated GX bug report form for this stuff. Hopefully they can reproduce it on their end and fix it in a future update.
