Zoom-in cursor shows as a loading wheel/spinner and on zoom-out cursor completely gone

Don't know what caused it, worked fine till yesterday. Even after update problem persist. Only thing changed on Pc is that I installed GIMP app. Nothing changed after deletion and after Opera reinstall. Works fine In Edge.

Yes, I have exactly the same problem! Instead of zoom-in cursor it's busy and instead of zoom-out is nothing. Opera 136.0.6008.52 on Windows 11.

I noticed that in certain situations, the cursor briefly changes to one with a CD I've seen one like that a few times before, but too briefly to notice why.

But what the zoom-in cursor? The icon in address bar while you holding the Ctrl+scrolling mouse wheel?

@SadHaze Sounds like an Opera-specific cursor or rendering issue, especially since Edge works normally.

Yup, seems like some cursor ID got offset somewhere for whatever reason, shifting everything around by a few indexes.

Just to list them, because they're pretty funny (tho it wasn't very funny when i thought it was on my end):

• auto-scroller arrows are scrambled up:
  • top and right arrows are incorrect arrows
  • down arrow is "optical drive is busy" from like windows 98
  • bottom-right arrow is a white dot
  • left and bottom-left arrows are white dots with busy circle, never even seen that one lmao
• magnifying glass (these appear when the base image image size is bigger than the browser window, and just zooming in doesn't do it):
  • for zooming-out is invisible
  • for zooming-in is replaced with windows vista busy circle.

crazy issue, sounds like ai vibecoding for real
