How Vertical Tabs work in Opera One?
When you’re browsing with several tabs open and frequently need to switch between them – be it for work, studies, research, or even some shopping – you might want to switch to the vertical tab strip in Opera One. It makes it easier for you to see which tab is which, as the vertical disposition of the layout avoids the title of the tab from shrinking when you have many tabs open.
How to enable Vertical Tabs in Opera One?
Right click any tab in the current tab bar and select “Use vertical tab strip”

@mohamedsalah hey the volume booster doesnt appear when i hover on the vertical tab. Please fix..

@Reitei17 currently no tooltip is supported on vertical tabs, as it is quite annoying and stands in your way

@mohamedsalah yea but then i cant use a few features in vertical tabs then.. Like the volume booster and also the changing tab island name and colors.
Also when the vertical tabs is minimize into icon. I can only close 'x' the current open tab but not the other tabs. -

@Reitei17 Hi, you can right click on islands and select 'change tab island appereance'. I think in horizontal mode should also be done through the right click instead of the each time visible tooltip.
The other notices are reasonable, I also reported in their blog that there are differences in tabs management in vertical vs horizontal mode. https://forums.opera.com/post/406710

That's the thing there's no such option in horizontal mode when right clicking.
