I have the same problem too; I was only able to claim the Veronica GX reward, but not the rest, and I wouldn't want to miss out on those collab skins.

But look, I actually managed to claim the Veronica skin.
You can also see in the images that I have VIP status. I recently found out there's a "Chance" skin you're supposed to get for buying something with Robux from the shop, but I didn't receive anything. (Just to clarify, I had VIP before the Azure update, but I won't be spending Robux again; also, VIP used to cost 899 Robux and is now 319, so I don't know if a refund is possible.)

Hi, I claimed the Day 7 reward in the Opera GX Forsaken event, but I didn't receive the 1x1x1x1 Digital Rider skin.

Na minha conta assim que começei a reejogar forsaken na update no Azure, eu tentei resgatar as recompensas da parceria, segui os passos detalhadamente mas no final, sempre que eu volto ao jogo e pressiono o botão "Check Enrollment" aparece "You not are onboarded currently" -

I am trying to claim the reward but the in the game it says that I am not onboarded currently even if I already submitted my username in GX Rewards, my user is @stebanduque1

@dordob Hello! I have a broken loop. Before the Azure update, it showed the "Already linked" error. Now, after a clean Windows reinstall, my browser token is lost, and the game says "You are not onboarded currently". I am completely stuck on Day 7 reward. Please manually reset my enrollment token or push the reward. Roblox Username: @ChilikYoutube

@R3UTTOM i waited bout an hour then tried again. I got back on the game later after i got the skin and it said not enrolled, but i got back on today and its working just fine. So i think the best way to fix the opera gx X forsaken collab is just to give it some time lol.
