I have the same problem too; I was only able to claim the Veronica GX reward, but not the rest, and I wouldn't want to miss out on those collab skins.

But look, I actually managed to claim the Veronica skin.

You can also see in the images that I have VIP status. I recently found out there's a "Chance" skin you're supposed to get for buying something with Robux from the shop, but I didn't receive anything. (Just to clarify, I had VIP before the Azure update, but I won't be spending Robux again; also, VIP used to cost 899 Robux and is now 319, so I don't know if a refund is possible.)
