Opera 21 where is "white text on a black background"

I cannot find B/W setting in V.21 help menu and wonder if there is a way to enable this feature that I used in prior version. Don't remember which one and therefore if someone knows which is the latest version that has it let me know.

Afaik there isn't such option on Opera Blink.
