I ran into a problem when trying to participate in a collaboration. After entering Username (vehik77) and agreeing to the privacy policy, I faced the problem of confirming my participation in Forsaken, I did everything as described in the instructions, but I received an error in Forsaken that I was not in the risks, but in opera GX, and when I try to confirm, I get another error "adaptation is not yet complete
Finish installing Opera GX in Forsaken, come back here and click the button again."

Hello! I am facing the mass bug with the Forsaken collaboration. In my Opera GX browser, the rewards are activated, but when I join Forsaken in Roblox, it gives me the error: "You are not onboarded currently". My account is stuck in an unverified state. Could you please manually reset or fix my enrollment status? My Roblox username is: ghgh_gdthj

@Kaspro53 same with mines. I decided to comeback to the rewards thing to finish it but it seems like my account doesn’t think it’s connected to the gx awards despite being able to claim the rewards on my browser. I hope this gets fixed ngl..

Hello. The check enrollment button is bugged on my screen and it shows 'No estás incorporado'. The pop-up never triggers in the lobby. Please verify my main account manually. My Roblox Username is:josetomas010715

A shout-out to the creators of Opera GX and the Forsaken collaboration team.
I claimed all the event rewards, but I lost them due to the new game update.
Please fix this, as I lost skins that I really liked.

Issue: I completed the verification on Opera GX, played Forsaken, but when I click "Check Enrollment" it always says "You are not onboarded currently". Could you please check or re-enroll my account? -

@Bon_BonYTGame In Forsaken the GX rewards logged me out of enrollment but i still have the days saved and keep going i have no clue what to do because i've tried everything,, the calendar still saved and i can still claim then but i can't get them ingame because of this enrollment bug, hope you guys read this because im so desperate. Thank you.

Hi so I recently just found out about the whole "getting locked out of the forsaken rewards event" bug, I logged in my account into my brothers pc to claim the rewards because I couldn't access mine at that moment and then the whole getting stuck happened.
Everytime I tried verifying ingame it just says im not boarded yet when ive already sent the verification in the rewards menu. Need some help here as I'm trynna get Chance's skin and is already on day 6 (I cant claim my rewards ingame)

@XinYuesdemise I had the same problem, and it was fixed after I logged out of both Opera GX and the game, then logged back in using the same account on one device. After waiting a little while and restarting the game, the verification finally went through.

Please manually verify my user too if there's no other option, (kaspro53). It's a huge shame the rewards stopped working RIGHT as I was about to finish all the daily rewards, (I can claim my day 7 skin and I did, but again, I have the "not onboarded currently" issue like the rest of the people struggling here). Please help!

"Hello I am currently stuck in the unverified onboarding loop for the Forsaken event. I have already synchronized my Windows clock, cleared the browser cache, and re-registered my username, but both the browser and the in-game button keep giving me the 'Onboarding not completed' error. Could you please reset my registration from the server side?

Ever since the Azure update dropped (which was amazing), my in-game menu says "check enrollment" and when pressing it, it saids "you are not onboarded currently" when i most defiantly am, and have already completed all 7 days. (today was my 7th/last day). and i have received everything up to day 4, thats when i stopped receiving my gifts meaning day 5-7 have not registered to me yet and i didnt notice until i just now claimed todays 7th reward (Digital Rider 1x1x1x1) and when i went into forsaken to see if i got it. it wasnt there

I successfully claimed the first reward (Web Surfer) in-game. After that, I missed two days, but I continued claiming the daily rewards on the Opera GX Rewards page.
Now, every time I press Check Enrollment in Forsaken, it says "You are not onboarded currently".
My rewards are still being tracked and claimed on the Opera GX website, but they never appear in-game.
Could someone please check my account and re-link or reset my enrollment? Thank you!
