Please manually verify my user too if there's no other option, (kaspro53). It's a huge shame the rewards stopped working RIGHT as I was about to finish all the daily rewards, (I can claim my day 7 skin and I did, but again, I have the "not onboarded currently" issue like the rest of the people struggling here). Please help!

Hi, I'm running into a verification desync with the Opera GX × Forsaken rewards pass and can't find a fix.

I enrolled in Forsaken's GX Rewards about a week ago and everything worked fine through Day 6, claiming rewards normally. This issue only started after the Azure update rolled out recently, before that, Check Enrollment worked as expected every day.

On Opera's side, the GX Rewards panel currently shows Day 5 and Day 6 checked off, Day 7 unlocked, and my Roblox username (KASPRO53) displayed correctly at the top right.

The problem may be entirely on the Roblox/Forsaken side: pressing "GX Rewards" in-game shows the Check Enrollment button again instead of my claimed progress, and pressing Check Enrollment tells me "you're not currently onboarded", even though Opera clearly still has my account tracked and progressing.

I've tried resetting things on my end to force a refresh: restarted the browser fully, cleared cookies, cleared browsing history, and deleted browsing data from my computer entirely. None of it changed anything, I'm still shown as enrolled with the same username on the Claim page every time, which makes me think this isn't a local browser/cache issue at all, but something stored server-side on Opera's or Forsaken's backend.

I also looked for a way to unlink/re-enter my username to force a refresh, but there doesn't seem to be an editable field anywhere in the GX Rewards UI, clicking my username does nothing, and the back arrow just leads to the general "Claim" landing page, which loops back to the same enrollment screen.

Just a small note: Before the Azure update, (around 17th of July) the pop-up in-game that shows your daily worked fine, however after said update, the pop-up shows what it originally shows upon trying to go through the process of enrolling for the first time (first screenshot, which is also the state it's in for me right now).

Has anyone else hit this, or is there a known fix? Happy to provide screenshots if useful, so here they are: (What I see on Forsaken's (in Roblox)'s end, and what I see on Opera GX's side, at the GX rewards section)

I also have not yet claimed Day 7's reward despite it being available to me, just to be extra careful in case that changes things. Hope these help!
