Hi, I'm running into a verification desync with the Opera GX × Forsaken rewards pass and can't find a fix.
I enrolled in Forsaken's GX Rewards about a week ago and everything worked fine through Day 6, claiming rewards normally. This issue only started after the Azure update rolled out recently, before that, Check Enrollment worked as expected every day.
On Opera's side, the GX Rewards panel currently shows Day 5 and Day 6 checked off, Day 7 unlocked, and my Roblox username (KASPRO53) displayed correctly at the top right.
The problem may be entirely on the Roblox/Forsaken side: pressing "GX Rewards" in-game shows the Check Enrollment button again instead of my claimed progress, and pressing Check Enrollment tells me "you're not currently onboarded", even though Opera clearly still has my account tracked and progressing.
I've tried resetting things on my end to force a refresh: restarted the browser fully, cleared cookies, cleared browsing history, and deleted browsing data from my computer entirely. None of it changed anything, I'm still shown as enrolled with the same username on the Claim page every time, which makes me think this isn't a local browser/cache issue at all, but something stored server-side on Opera's or Forsaken's backend.
I also looked for a way to unlink/re-enter my username to force a refresh, but there doesn't seem to be an editable field anywhere in the GX Rewards UI, clicking my username does nothing, and the back arrow just leads to the general "Claim" landing page, which loops back to the same enrollment screen.
Just a small note: Before the Azure update, (around 17th of July) the pop-up in-game that shows your daily worked fine, however after said update, the pop-up shows what it originally shows upon trying to go through the process of enrolling for the first time (first screenshot, which is also the state it's in for me right now).
Has anyone else hit this, or is there a known fix? Happy to provide screenshots if useful, so here they are: (What I see on Forsaken's (in Roblox)'s end, and what I see on Opera GX's side, at the GX rewards section)
I also have not yet claimed Day 7's reward despite it being available to me, just to be extra careful in case that changes things. Hope these help!

I have finished all seven days of the Opera GX forsaken rewards campaign but none of the skins or rewards are in my inventory and when I try to click "Check Enrollment" on the Forsaken pop up menu, it still says "You are not onboarded currently!" Do you think you could help me fix this issue? (My Roblox username is darkblueshark05 if you need it.)

@dordob Hello, I've also currently had this problem. I have claimed all the rewards on the browser, but It didn't give the rest of the rewards on forsaken. I have some of the rewards in the game, but not all of them that I claimed. It would be helpful if you could fix this again. My user is Gaming_Vib3z if you need it. Thank you!

in the awards opera i wanted to pick up a gift i click receive i got it i go to the forsaken game itself go to the autfit of chance and there is no this outfit... -

I can't believe you guys are the only ones to have this problem. when i joined the collab to get my Veeronica opera skin, it was fine, but day 2 and day 3 which is today, it wouldn't let me get onboarded on the enrollment, I'm pretty sure the opera gx creator and the forsaken team are trying to fix it, even if they did start it, i hope its fixed soon.

i already activated mine perfecty fine the first day but now forsaken says i dont have it anymore but opra works and lets me claim it, so idk whats wrong maybe my roblox account stoped pairing?

it says i have 2 of the rewards claimed but when i go to forsaken it says that i am not even enrolled. Yesterday i had the whole timeline with rewards and i was able to get the veeronica skin but now it reset for some reason and it says that im not even it program

My Opera GX browser reset unexpectedly and I had to restore my account and sync data. Before the reset, I already completed the in-game verification step for the Forsaken Opera GX rewards campaign. After restoring the browser, the rewards page returned to Day 1 and now asks me to press the in-game verification button again, but the game no longer allows it because I already used it before. My account is stuck in an unverified state and I cannot continue the campaign progression. Could you please reset or relink my verification progress?

I ran into a problem when trying to participate in a collaboration. After entering Username (vehik77) and agreeing to the privacy policy, I faced the problem of confirming my participation in Forsaken, I did everything as described in the instructions, but I received an error in Forsaken that I was not in the risks, but in opera GX, and when I try to confirm, I get another error "adaptation is not yet complete
Finish installing Opera GX in Forsaken, come back here and click the button again."

Hello! I am facing the mass bug with the Forsaken collaboration. In my Opera GX browser, the rewards are activated, but when I join Forsaken in Roblox, it gives me the error: "You are not onboarded currently". My account is stuck in an unverified state. Could you please manually reset or fix my enrollment status? My Roblox username is: ghgh_gdthj

@Kaspro53 same with mines. I decided to comeback to the rewards thing to finish it but it seems like my account doesn’t think it’s connected to the gx awards despite being able to claim the rewards on my browser. I hope this gets fixed ngl..
