Hi, I'm running into a verification desync with the Opera GX × Forsaken rewards pass and can't find a fix.
I enrolled in Forsaken's GX Rewards about a week ago and everything worked fine through Day 6, claiming rewards normally. This issue only started after the Azure update rolled out recently, before that, Check Enrollment worked as expected every day.
On Opera's side, the GX Rewards panel currently shows Day 5 and Day 6 checked off, Day 7 unlocked, and my Roblox username (KASPRO53) displayed correctly at the top right.
The problem may be entirely on the Roblox/Forsaken side: pressing "GX Rewards" in-game shows the Check Enrollment button again instead of my claimed progress, and pressing Check Enrollment tells me "you're not currently onboarded", even though Opera clearly still has my account tracked and progressing.
I've tried resetting things on my end to force a refresh: restarted the browser fully, cleared cookies, cleared browsing history, and deleted browsing data from my computer entirely. None of it changed anything, I'm still shown as enrolled with the same username on the Claim page every time, which makes me think this isn't a local browser/cache issue at all, but something stored server-side on Opera's or Forsaken's backend.
I also looked for a way to unlink/re-enter my username to force a refresh, but there doesn't seem to be an editable field anywhere in the GX Rewards UI, clicking my username does nothing, and the back arrow just leads to the general "Claim" landing page, which loops back to the same enrollment screen.
Just a small note: Before the Azure update, (around 17th of July) the pop-up in-game that shows your daily worked fine, however after said update, the pop-up shows what it originally shows upon trying to go through the process of enrolling for the first time (first screenshot, which is also the state it's in for me right now).
Has anyone else hit this, or is there a known fix? Happy to provide screenshots if useful, so here they are: (What I see on Forsaken's (in Roblox)'s end, and what I see on Opera GX's side, at the GX rewards section)
I also have not yet claimed Day 7's reward despite it being available to me, just to be extra careful in case that changes things. Hope these help!

@Kaspro53 same with mines. I decided to comeback to the rewards thing to finish it but it seems like my account doesn’t think it’s connected to the gx awards despite being able to claim the rewards on my browser. I hope this gets fixed ngl..

Hi so I recently just found out about the whole "getting locked out of the forsaken rewards event" bug, I logged in my account into my brothers pc to claim the rewards because I couldn't access mine at that moment and then the whole getting stuck happened.
Everytime I tried verifying ingame it just says im not boarded yet when ive already sent the verification in the rewards menu. Need some help here as I'm trynna get Chance's skin and is already on day 6 (I cant claim my rewards ingame)

@XinYuesdemise I had the same problem, and it was fixed after I logged out of both Opera GX and the game, then logged back in using the same account on one device. After waiting a little while and restarting the game, the verification finally went through.

"Hello I am currently stuck in the unverified onboarding loop for the Forsaken event. I have already synchronized my Windows clock, cleared the browser cache, and re-registered my username, but both the browser and the in-game button keep giving me the 'Onboarding not completed' error. Could you please reset my registration from the server side?

Ever since the Azure update dropped (which was amazing), my in-game menu says "check enrollment" and when pressing it, it saids "you are not onboarded currently" when i most defiantly am, and have already completed all 7 days. (today was my 7th/last day). and i have received everything up to day 4, thats when i stopped receiving my gifts meaning day 5-7 have not registered to me yet and i didnt notice until i just now claimed todays 7th reward (Digital Rider 1x1x1x1) and when i went into forsaken to see if i got it. it wasnt there
Pleassee manually verify or like put my 7 day rewards into my forsaken locker. Thank you My Username: Ilikeggsonwafles -

I successfully claimed the first reward (Web Surfer) in-game. After that, I missed two days, but I continued claiming the daily rewards on the Opera GX Rewards page.
Now, every time I press Check Enrollment in Forsaken, it says "You are not onboarded currently".
My rewards are still being tracked and claimed on the Opera GX website, but they never appear in-game.
Could someone please check my account and re-link or reset my enrollment? Thank you!

I would like to report an issue with the Opera GX × Forsaken rewards event.
Roblox Username: MoreRey08
I successfully enrolled in the event and claimed the Veroonica skin, which was added to my Roblox inventory correctly.
A few days later, I claimed the Chance skin through Opera GX. However, the skin never appeared in my Roblox inventory.
After that, the rewards page started showing "You are not onboarded currently", even though I was previously enrolled and my Opera GX account still appears to be linked.
Could you please check my enrollment status, relink my account if necessary, and restore the missing Chance reward to my Roblox account?

Hellol. i need some help with the Forsaken GX rewards campaing. my roblox name is Cururusin17.On the opera gx rewards,it says verification request sent and onboarding is not completed yet. in forsaken, when i click check enrollment, it always says you are not onboarded currently. i have already logged into the correct roblox account and restarted both Opera GX and roblox several times.Could you please check my enrollment or help me fix this? thank you.

I’m having a slightly different problem, I can’t even get to the point where I can claim rewards at all. I downloaded opera gx for the first time, went to gx rewards, put in my username, and it says it sent the verification request to my account. However, in forsaken, it says I’m not onboarded currently even though I am. Can someone please help?

Hi! I am stuck on Day 7 of the Forsaken event. I claimed the rewards but my browser glitched and now it says I am not onboarded or enrolled in the game. The website shows Day 7 unlocked but I didn't receive the 1x1x1x1 Digital Rider skin. Could you please reset my verification status? My Roblox username is: XXElGamerMl
