Cannot install VPNPro

I’ve seen multiple posts on here with the same issue and I’ve followed them all to no avail. I’m unable to install the VPNPro client due to the “ Failed to start, Verify that you have sufficient privileges to start system services “. Most fixes on here seem to have something to do with the correct .NET services, and I’ve installed and attempted with the one linked on most of the posts. I’ve also run a thousand CMD prompts to clear, reset and flush pretty much everything, I tried a fix that one user posted as a direct message from Opera themselves where they said to logout, log back in, restart browser and restart device. Still absolutely nothing. I have no trace remains of previous VPNs anywhere and no hidden filters. Even attempted a clean boot, nada. I’m at a complete loss and aside from bug report it seems there’s literally no way to contact opera for help or even a refund. I’m exhausted, any help or suggestions is greatly appreciated, Thanks for your time.
