disappearing download icon

i mistakenly deleted all my downloads and the icon disappeared please help me get the icon back i have all the downloads on windows file explorer but i would like the icone on Opers to be put back

i tried to delet existing file but i cant find the file

Anyway, I don't think it would make any difference.

The icon should have appeared with a new download.

just shoot me because i can not get rid of the app i think i deleted it and its still there with no download icon! what am i doing wrong?
