Services 'Opera VPN Pro service' (VPM Pro Service) failed to start. Verify that sufficient privileges to start system services

I have no idea what this means
I've searched the support forum and no sign of this

It is a permissions thing. If you installed Opera without admin rights, the VPN service won’t start properly. Try running Opera (or the installer) as administrator and see if it installs the service again. Sometimes antivirus or Windows security can also block it, so that’s worth checking too.
