It's a scam, they collect data delete your mini pay account by going to the live support and getting a tickets (btw there should be an option for that there's not) and that app is based on a country where scams runs deep

I redeemed my first Opera Points today, and it turned out to be a complete disappointment.
I’ve got over 3k points (worth more than $10), so I was excited to cash out to MiniPay only to find out you can redeem just 300 points per week. At that rate, it’ll take over three months to withdraw $10. That’s ridiculous.
What’s the point of earning rewards if you can’t actually access them? This limit makes the whole system feel pointless. Opera seriously needs to fix this.
